Host+ For Video app for iPhone and iPad

Pinnacle Host+ for iPhone enhances Pinewoods Pinnacle Dealer Management System to make the creation of personalised video for customers simpler and more accessible.

Host+ for iPad has been simplified for iPhone to just select your customer, record, edit or select an existing video clip, and send it.

To send a personal message, select your customer and enter a subject. You can create new video by recording a series of clips from your iPhone or select from videos you have already saved. When you send the message, contact history with a link to the content will be available to view from the customers CRM record within Pinnacle. Any e-mail details you have added will also be automatically updated.

To use Host+ for iPhone you need a Pinnacle mobile user licence plus access to the local area network at your dealership or VPN access to Pinnacle, and video must be configured. To log in, enter your full DMS URL along with the credentials you normally use.
